Clinical Strategies for Regulation, Resilience, and Recovery in an Always-On Culture
This webinar examines how chronic digital exposure, systemic oppression, racism, and discrimination shape stress responses and mental health outcomes across diverse populations. Grounded in trauma-informed, anti-racist, and anti-discriminatory social work practice, the training integrates theory, current research, and applied clinical and macro strategies.
Participants will explore how oppression impacts nervous system regulation, help-seeking behaviors, and access to care, while strengthening ethical decision-making skills related to competence, professional boundaries, and client autonomy. Through case examples, guided reflection, and practical tools, participants will gain strategies they can immediately apply to support regulation, resilience, recovery, and sustainable professional functioning.
