This 3-hour interactive professional development workshop is designed for mental health providers seeking to deepen their understanding of implicit bias, code-switching, and culturally responsive clinical care. Participants will explore how unconscious bias and language adaptation influence therapeutic relationships, clinical decision-making, and treatment outcomes. Through real-world vignettes, guided discussion, and practical skill-building exercises, clinicians will strengthen their ability to recognize bias in intake, assessment, supervision, and documentation practices.
