Somatic Methods for Autumn Integration: Traditional Asian Health Practices
An experiential, skills-based training, designed to focus on “bottom up” methods, including reflex points, simple movements, breath work, bi-lateral stimulation of the brain, body tapping, and toning of the Vagus nerve. These methods help us to manage the Autumn season and the common effects that the transition of the season may have on our clients emotional and mental health. The skills taught will help to support relaxation, emotional regulation, letting go and cultivating present moment awareness, somatically processing grief and sadness, working through brain fog, and much more.
