For 2 years at my Community Mental Health agency I have been supervising LLMSWs individually and in group. I worked in private practice for a little over 1 year and got a feel for the world of insurance paneling. I have more recently taken on Social Work interns. Ethics and community building in the social work field are a passion of mine, and I believe I have a strong ability to connect them back to our every day practice.
Additional comments
I have most recently take on supervisory role of consulting and guiding the efficacy and fidelity of Evidence Based Practices in suicidal care, CAMS, and DBT. I have been connecting clients with these proper EBP's alongside a team of leaders in trauma, substance use, and eating disorders.
