I am familiar with the federal confidentiality laws of Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) for LLMSWs who are working in the DV/SA sector and are regulated by those. Supervised a LLMSW who was externally employed for 1 year at a DV/SA agency while working in private practice. I am now co-owner of a small group practice located in Downtown Midland with three contractors on staff.
