Additional comments
I'm particularly interested in supervising social workers who are from and/or working with under-served communities, especially those of immigrant/refugee experience and people with LGBT2S+ identities. In addition to standard supervisory topics, we will explore how your own lived experiences are harmonious or dissonant with those you work with professionally, the impact of that dynamic on you as a person, and how you can improve your quality of work with the given population with these factors in mind.
