I have just reached the point in my career where I feel I have the experience and ability to offer supervision to new social workers. I have not yet had a supervisee, but I have been a mentor of sorts to many newly licensed mental health professionals in various settings.
Additional comments
I was blessed to have an amazing mentor and supervisor for the majority of my supervision hours. My hope and desire is to pass that blessing on to other new social workers.
