I have been a Program Coordinator for the Community Response Team that supports survivors of Intimate Partner Violence and Sexual Assault that need assistance throughout the criminal justice process. I have provided supervision, guidance, and mentorship to the advocates as they were supporting survivors and providing assistance to community partners. I provided clinical supervision to advocates and counselors who were seeking their full licensure and I also provided supervision to interns that were seeking experience through the agency that I am employed. When taking on the Program Director role, I continued those previously mentioned mentoring roles, however it was expanded into providing supervision to Program Coordinators to help them support their teams.
