I was lucky enough to be given the task to oversee interns while I was still a limited licensed professional. Although I was not supervising it introduced me to what the concept of supervision is and the way that it impacts others. This sparked my interest in supervision. Once I became fully licensed I started to supervise limited licensed social workers, interns, LPC's and various other disciplines. I currently supervise two MSW interns and a staff of 10. I am excited to add more limited licensed professionals to the roster.
