Training and Treatment Innovations Inc- I was the lead case manager at the agency and monitored the activities of the other case managers. I provided mentoring for their roles and practice and also provided case consultation and basic training for the work we did with our mental health consumers.
DaVita Dialysis- I was the Lead Case Manager in our region covering aprox 15 dialysis clinics. I provided 1 on 1 mtgs with the SW's in the clinics to discuss caseload or practice issues, concerns, etc. I provided job training, case consultation, and helped coordinate regional meetings for us to gather and review company changes to our roles.

Hello! I have worked in social work since 2007. During my career, I have worked with children in residential facilities (Whaley Children's Center). I have worked with children through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. After obtaining my LMSW I moved on to working in mental health followed by healthcare, dialysis specifically, where I still work today. I have experience through internships with hospice and school social work as well. I am excited to share my experience with you as you begin your career in the field!
