I am the owner and founder of Common Spring Therapy Group, a thriving private practice dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults through evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, TF-CBT, and EMDR. Previously, I served as the Clinical Director at Shelterhouse, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
In addition to running my practice, I serve as a Clinical Supervisor for the Master of Social Work Program at Saginaw Valley State University, providing supervision and mentorship to MSW students completing practicum placements without an on-site social worker. I am also contracted by various agencies to provide licensure supervision for social workers seeking full licensure.
My passion lies in supporting the next generation of social workers by fostering growth, confidence, and clinical competence. I strive to create a collaborative and encouraging supervision environment that equips professionals to serve clients with excellence and compassion.
