About

Tell us a little about your social work practice/services
Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and I believe it’s important for me to be just as genuine and open in our sessions as I am asking you to be. I don’t put on some professional persona. You’ll always get the real me, nerdiness, weird metaphors and all.

And I want to get to know the real you. I will always use the name, pronouns, and labels that you prefer.

The therapy I provide is practical and straightforward. I will work with you to develop your personal goals, and together we will accomplish them in a way that makes sense for you.
When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. I have training in a variety of scientifically proven therapy techniques so that whatever problem you need my help with, we can find the right tool for the job. I also believe in helping you develop your own toolbox, so that you’ve got what you need in your life outside of therapy.

I have been providing gender-confirming mental health care and supporting gender-diverse adolescents and adults since 2014. It is my passion and the core of my practice. In addition, I specialize in working with adults and adolescents on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relationships, and more.

With over fifteen years of experience, I'm not easily shocked or intimidated. I've heard it all. I’ve got you
