I am a licensed mental health professional committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and gender-affirming care to individuals across the lifespan. My practice focuses on supporting transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse clients in navigating identity development, life transitions, and the impact of societal stigma.
I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that honors each client’s lived experience and autonomy. My work includes supporting clients through gender exploration, social and medical transition processes, and related mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered.
In addition to direct clinical work, I advocate for equitable access to affirming care and remain engaged in ongoing education to ensure my practice reflects current standards and best practices in gender-affirming treatment.
