I previously supervised interns facilitating individual and group therapy for 5 years in a nonprofit setting. Since entering private practice in 2017, I have provided informal mentorship of colleagues new to the field. I completed NASW-MI Core Supervision training in 2023 and have been formally offering clinical supervision for one year.
Additional comments
I work best supporting clinicians who desire reflective supervision that cultivates self-awareness and centers the relationship both in supervision and in clinical practice, in addition to developing concrete clinical skills.
