I currently serve as the Executive Director of a comprehensive domestic and sexual violence agency, where I have been employed since 2014, beginning my tenure as an intern. Over the years, I have held multiple direct service roles supporting survivors before transitioning into leadership and supervisory positions. In my supervisory capacity, I have provided guidance and oversight to advocates, counselors, and program staff to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services for survivors.
Since obtaining my full clinical licensure in 2018, I have provided formal clinical supervision to Limited License Social Workers pursuing full licensure. I have also offered ongoing mentorship and field instruction to social work interns, supporting their professional development, ethical practice, and clinical skill-building.
