I am currently supervising three LLMSWs through Great Lakes Psychology Group since 2022.
Previously I supervised another LLMSW in 2021 through Eisenhower Center at Selfridge Air National Guard Base. I was also a field instructor in 2002 through Wayne State University.

Hello! I have been a fully licensed social worker since 2001 in both Clinical and Macro practices. My main area of concentration is clinical. I graduated from Wayne State University in 1998 with my bachelor's and in 1999 with my Master of Social Work degrees. I have supervised four other LLMSWs and have been a field instructor for another, through Wayne State University School of Social Work. Currently, I own my own solo practice and also work at Great Lakes Psychology Group (GLPG). I’m certified in grief, anxiety, and trauma, as well as have military education through Star Behavioral Health Program. The populations I work with are people 14 years and up, military, LGBTQ+, couples, and individuals. I am very engaged with my supervisees and am available via email and phone. I review the Code of Ethics with each LLMSW because it is a great foundation as you start in your profession as a social worker! I work best with supervisees that are open to feedback, have strong documentation skills, are timely with turning in paperwork and enjoy lively discussions. I also have a sense of humor and welcome my LLMSWs to share and educate me as well. It’s important to know that we, as professionals, are always growing and learning and we need to be open to others' views and perspectives.
