I started my supervision experience when living in Colorado. I worked for a Specialized School, serving students who were on IEP's and needing a more small structured school environment. I was given the opportunity to have two Masters level Social Workers complete their internships with me. My supervision/ consultation experience continued to grow has I held monthly group School Social Work meetings for our other School Social Workers in our other locations as well as conducted one on one sessions.
