I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR Certified Therapist with over six years of clinical experience in private practice. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and complex clinical presentations. As a supervisor, I provide a supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based environment that encourages clinical growth, ethical practice, self-reflection, and development of professional confidence. I value helping emerging clinicians translate clinical knowledge into thoughtful, trauma-informed practice while developing their own authentic therapeutic style.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2020 and am currently based in Orlando, Florida, but I am a Michigan native. Outside of my work as a therapist and supervisor, I enjoy spending time with my partner, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with my rescue dog Milton. I believe that building a genuine and comfortable supervisory relationship is an important part of effective supervision. I strive to create a welcoming environment where supervisees can be themselves, ask questions, be challenged, and grow both personally and professionally.
