I have over ten years of clinical experience providing child and family therapy and crisis response services in a community mental health setting. I specialize in trauma and have a national certification in TF-CBT. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have a private practice where I provide an integrated approach in therapy, combining both psychotherapy and movement into the therapeutic experience. Additionally, I currently work in a nonprofit where train clinicians and school mental health professionals in evidence-based CBT programming that is utilized in schools across Michigan, to support students mental health needs.
