I have experience providing clinical supervision and professional mentorship to master’s-level clinicians and behavioral health practitioners across a range of practice settings. My supervision experience includes individual and group supervision, with a focus on case consultation, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, documentation review, and ethical decision-making.
I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that emphasizes reflective practice, clinical accountability, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards. Supervision also addresses professional identity development, boundaries, countertransference, and culturally responsive care. I support supervisees in developing clinical judgment, effective intervention strategies, and confidence in working with diverse clinical populations, including individuals, couples, and families.
