I am a LLMSW working in private practice specializing in LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, I enjoy working with people who have an understanding about what they wish to see in their lives, even if they have no idea how to get there, just having an idea of what direction you want to go is the best place to start. I encourage clients to be introspective and think deeply about how their thoughts and emotions impact their actions and how that influences their environments.
I strive to create a welcoming environment for my clients. A secure and safe setting where I can support you in meeting your challenges with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. I want clients to feel seen and validated in who they are in regards to their individual journeys, as such I endeavor to never make any assumptions and maintain space for you.

I am a firm believer that therapy must take an intersectional approach to understand how the systems of society impact us and our mental health. I maintain that advocating for human rights, social justice, and equity is as important as clinical care, especially when working with the Queer Community. I strive to help center empowerment for my clients so that they feel more equipped to reach their goals.
