Prior Supervision Experience
I bring several years of experience providing clinical supervision across diverse settings, including child welfare, the criminal/legal system, prevention services, private practice, and behavioral health agencies.
I am a trauma-trained therapist with a certificate in trauma from the Trauma Research Foundation and am trained in both EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additionally, I provide couples counseling using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), drawing on these trauma-informed approaches to support healing and connection in relationships. My trauma training informs my integrative, person-centered approach to both therapy and supervision.
I’ve had the privilege of supervising master’s-level interns during their field placements and providing clinical supervision to both LLMSWs and fully licensed social workers. Supporting new clinicians as they build clinical skills, gain confidence, and find their unique voice in the field has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
I’m passionate about giving back to the social work profession by working with LLMSWs who are committed to learning, self-reflection, and providing trauma-informed, ethical care. Whether you’re navigating the early stages of your career or laying the groundwork for private practice, I strive to offer a supportive, relational, and growth-focused supervision experience.
